REFUNDS:
All refunds must have a R/A number, please call our customer
service line at 423-952-0000 or simply send us a email at
parties4less@comcast.net and we will send you the number.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ordering and
be in resaleable condition. Certain items are not returnable, please
inquire about these items. Freight charges are not refundable and if our
outgoing freight charge were more than charged, the difference will
be applied to your refund. It will take 1 to 2 weeks for the refund
to be processed and posted to your account.
